Questions
Is BRINXO free?
Yes. The game is free to play. It may show occasional ads between rounds — never during a question.
Do I need an account?
No. Your scores, streaks and badges are saved on your device. There is nothing to sign up for.
How is the score calculated?
Each correct answer is worth 50 points, plus up to 50 for speed and 10 for each difficulty level above the first. The total is multiplied by your combo: ×2 after three correct answers in a row, up to ×5.
What is the Daily Challenge?
Twenty questions that are the same for every player on the same date. You get one official try per day, and playing on consecutive days builds your streak.
Does it work on phones and school computers?
Yes. BRINXO is lightweight and works in modern browsers on phones, tablets, laptops and Chromebooks.
Is it good practice for mental math?
BRINXO is a game first, but its quick-fire rounds exercise mental arithmetic, number sense, pattern spotting and short-term memory.
